2023 Folsom Town Holiday Scramble Results

This was for sure a runner’s course. The start was not the usual downtown (due to Saturday being market day), so it was more of a challenge to make it into town where most of the fun controls are, and then make it back up the hill to finish in the time limit of 90 minutes.
In spite of careful vetting, there were still some ambiguous controls, which the scoring attempted to ameliorate. Scoring was +3 per control, -1 per minute late, and -1 for wrong answers. Tie scores were broken by finish time. Six runners managed to get to all or nearly all the controls, and often even counted letters correctly.
This was GCO’s traditional holiday ‘fun run’; hopefully every participant had fun!
